The Starting Five
On October 13th, 2022, Matthew Clark and I began The Starting Five, a basketball talk show where we discussed the top 5 stories of the week across the NBA and NCAA Men's Basketball. On October 31st, 2022, we began posting the episodes on Spotify for playback. I was in charge of branding and created the Twitter account for the show along with designing graphics.
Mizzou Sports Daily
In Fall 2023, I became a host of Mizzou Sports Daily, a show that runs every weekday on KCOU where we break down all things Mizzou Sports. As part of being sports programming director, I am in charge of assigning the hosts for each day of the week. I also help out a little with the Mizzou Sports Daily X account. During the summer of 2024, we underwent a revamp under my leadership.
NBA On the 66
NBA On the 66 began the first week of the Mizzou Fall 2023 semester, airing its first episode on August 23, 2023. The show, which airs on KCOU 88.1 FM every week, has been the only late-night sports talk show on the KCOU air waves during its time. Myself and Matt Guzman host the show to talk all things Bulls and Lakers where we cover the biggest stories and bring our opinions along with stats and facts to back them up.
Full of Football Podcast
The Full of Football Podcast was a podcast that ran between Fall 2020 and December 2021. At the beginning of September 2020, I began a podcast with my brother, Connor Thomas, where we talked about fantasy football and called it the Fantasy Brothers Podcast. After a few months it turned into an all around football podcast called the Full of Football Podcast with my friend, Conor Lueck, and various appearances from others. This podcast helped me gain experience in producing a podcast and gave me more work with graphic design for the thumbnails, logo, and transitions.
